Sampling pic4

COLOG has expanded its tool box of available downhole water sampling techniques to include specialized equipment such as Blatypus, Bladder and nitrogen or compressed-air-powered pumps for higher volume from deep depths. These specialized pumps, when used as standalone sampling pumps or in conjunction with our Wireline Straddle-Packers (WSP), offer our environmental clients the largest variety of downhole sampling techniques available.

“Identifying the distribution of contaminants in a well or open borehole has always been an important consideration in the success of environmental projects. COLOG has recognized this for years. Since the recent acquisition and re-formation of COLOG, Inc, we have worked on improving our downhole water sampling techniques to offer our environmental clients expanded capabilities”, said Greg Bauer, Vice President and Director of the Hydrophysics division of COLOG, Inc.
